Rewire

Two old bungalows knocked through and rebuilt together to make one in a gorgeous (if a little wild) part of Halifax. Basically a full rewire with all the trimmings, screwless chrome sockets and switches, chrome down lights, extractor fans with run on timers (one low voltage), new consumer unit, outside lights, provision for an outside power supply to be used at a later date, garage lighting and sockets, heating supply and time clock, cooker supply, pelmet LED lighting, kick board lights, external floodlights with PIR sensors and an old chandelier, made electrically sound and earthed to comply to 17th edition electrical wiring standards.
